I agree to: Pay for services (including parts and labor) I request if not covered by a product warranty or service contract. I waive any consequential or incidental damages against Wilde Arrow Archery that may occur as a result of this service. This work order can change at any given time. If your work order does change in any way, we will inform you immediately. By authorizing the inspection and work of your archeyr equipment you are legally consenting to the above affidavit and release Wilde Arrow Archery of any liability.
